Overview:
The QN series condensate pumps are products developed and refined by our company through the comprehensive introduction of advanced domestic and foreign technologies, combined with practical production experience and numerous technical improvements. They feature high efficiency, convenient maintenance and operation, reliable performance, and significant energy savings. These pumps are suitable for condensate from condensers in thermal power generating units, or for substances with physicochemical properties similar to water. The pumps boast exceptionally excellent suction performance.

Temperature T: Normal temperature to 90℃ (special requirements can reach 120℃)

Structural features:
The QN series condensate pumps come in four structural types: horizontal cantilever single-stage, horizontal cantilever single-stage with an inducer wheel, horizontal cantilever two-stage, and horizontal cantilever two-stage with an inducer wheel.
The horizontal condensate pump features an axial, horizontal suction inlet and a vertical discharge outlet. The shaft end seal, depending on the user’s requirements, can be either a packing seal or a single-face or double-face mechanical seal.
The pump is equipped with radial ball bearings that are self-lubricated by engine oil. The suspension housing features a transparent circular oil level indicator and an oil cup for monitoring and controlling the oil level. On the outer side of the bearings, bearing shields are installed, each fitted with felt rings. These rings not only prevent dust from entering but also help to seal against oil leakage. In the unlikely event that a bearing should fail, the bearing shields can provide structural support.
The horizontal condensate pump is connected to the motor via a claw-type flexible coupling. It features a simple structure and convenient maintenance.
