Quality assurance
To ensure that we provide users with safe, reliable, efficient, and energy-saving products, Qiyuan Pump Industry has strictly established a quality assurance system in accordance with the ISO9001 standard, formulated a quality assurance manual and detailed implementation rules, and implemented comprehensive quality control throughout the entire process—from raw material procurement to product delivery. The company has also established complete product quality records and adopts reliability management for key products.
1. Raw Material and Castings Quality Control: We are fully equipped with physicochemical testing equipment to inspect the chemical composition and mechanical properties of all raw materials entering the plant.
2. Machining: We extensively utilize CNC lathes and specialized machine tools, equipped with a comprehensive set of fixtures, jigs, and measuring instruments. Each production step undergoes rigorous inspection to ensure the machining accuracy of the parts.
3. Assembly: Bearings are installed either by hot fitting or using specialized machinery, ensuring high assembly accuracy. The extensive use of dedicated assembly tools and fixtures guarantees the overall machine’s assembly precision, while the paint-spraying production line ensures superior paint quality for the products.
4. Testing: Equipped with a computer-controlled test bench, the testing accuracy reaches the national standard Grade B level. The software features comprehensive functionality and a high degree of automation, ensuring fast and highly accurate testing of the entire product.
