Overview:
The QZH pump is designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO standards, offering high economic efficiency, reliability, and versatility. It is primarily used in industrial sectors such as chemical engineering, petroleum, metallurgy, power generation, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers. The media it can convey include:
1. Organic and inorganic acids of various concentrations, such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and phosphoric acid;
2. Alkaline solutions such as sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate at various concentrations, as well as saline solutions;
3. Various liquid petrochemical products, organic compounds, and other corrosive raw materials and products.

Structural features:
The QZH corrosion-resistant pump features an axial, horizontal suction, vertical discharge, and rear-opening design. The rotor assembly can be disassembled for maintenance without having to dismantle the entire piping system. The pump outlet and its associated pipelines are located directly above the center of the pump feet, ensuring even force distribution throughout the pump body, resulting in minimal vibration and low noise levels. The pump casing and pump cover together form the pump’s working chamber, while the impeller, shaft, and rolling bearings comprise the pump’s rotor assembly. The rotor assembly is supported by a suspension mechanism. A secondary blade is installed on the back cover plate of the impeller to balance axial forces and prevent impurities from the conveyed medium from entering the shaft seal cavity, thereby more effectively extending the service life of the seal.
The shaft seal chamber dimensions of the pump comply with ISO 3069-1974 (E). Depending on user requirements, either soft packing seals, single-face mechanical seals, or double-face mechanical seals can be used.
The pump is equipped with radial ball bearings that are self-lubricated by engine oil. The suspension housing features a transparent circular oil level indicator and an oil cup for monitoring and controlling the oil level. A dust-proof disc is installed on the outer side of the bearing, which not only prevents dust from entering but also helps prevent oil leakage. In the unlikely event that the bearing should fail, this disc can still provide support.
This pump uses a flexible diaphragm-type extended coupling; alternatively, a claw-type coupling or a pin-type coupling can be used according to specific requirements.
Pump rotation direction: When viewed from the perspective of the prime mover, the pump rotates clockwise.
