　　In order to strengthen quality control and pursue high quality, we solemnly promise based on tenet of “serve, be responsible for and satisfy our customers”: a. Quality management system can be implemented strictly in accordance with ISO9001 and qualified products can be offered to users in time.
b. Within guarantee period, any quality problems will be replied within 12hrs and solved by special personnel within 24hrs once informed. Personnel can not leave until solving problems and products will be returned to customers within negotiated period.
c. Products will be guaranteed two years since purchasing. Products with artificial problems or guarantee expiry can be offered fittings and maintenance service for charge. d. Technical training can be provided upon customer’s demands. Relationship with users should be built to offer whole course service.
